We are located at No. 5 Raj Rajeshwari Road, right opposite the main gate of the Naval Stores Depot. If you know the Ghatkopar West area, you know how busy L B S Marg gets. Sharp Batteries & Allied Industries Ltd Plastics has been operating from this spot for a long time. The noise from the traffic is constant, but you get used to it after a week or two. Our building is easy to find if you look for the depot entrance. Inside, it’s mostly about the work. We deal with plastics and batteries, so there’s a lot of physical inventory to move around. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find plush carpets or expensive art on the walls. It’s more about concrete floors and sturdy shelving. Sometimes the deliveries arrive late because of the gridlock on LBS Marg, and that’s always a headache for the loaders. We’ve got a small crew who have been with us through thick and thin. Most of them take the local train and walk from the station. The office space gets a bit dusty with all the activity outside, but we keep things moving. We don't bother with fancy marketing talk. We just focus on the task at hand. It’s a bit of an old-school way of doing things, but it has worked for us so far. We just stay busy and keep the lights on as best as we can.
