We've been here at Kalbadevi Road for a long time now. It’s right across from Edward Cinema, so people usually find us easily. The shop is full of all kinds of awards, shields, and those little gift items you see at school functions or office parties. We spend most of our days assembling trophies and getting the engraving right. It gets pretty crowded in this part of town, but that’s just how Kalbadevi is. People come in looking for something specific for a sports day or maybe a retirement gift. Sometimes it’s just one small medal, other times it’s a whole box of plaques. We keep a lot of stuff on the shelves, maybe more than we should, but it helps when someone is in a rush. The traffic outside is always loud, and we’re usually busy unpacking new stock or helping a customer decide between wood or plastic finishes. It’s not a fancy place, just a regular shop where we do our work and talk to the locals. Most of the people who come here have been doing so for years. They know where we are. We try to keep things simple. If you need a trophy or some novelties, we’re usually around. It’s a lot of manual work, fixing the bases and making sure nothing is scratched. That’s basically what we do every day here. Nothing too complicated about it at all.
