Shana Enterprises operates out of Room No 77 in Agash Wadi. We are right in the heart of Dharavi, very close to the Ganesh Mandir. If you are looking for us, the temple is the best landmark to use because the lanes around here can get a bit confusing for someone who isn't from the area. The room is quite small, but we’ve managed to fit everything we need into the space. It’s a very typical Dharavi business setup where every corner is utilized for storage or work desks. It gets pretty loud outside with the bikes and the people constantly moving through Agash Wadi, but we just keep the door closed and focus on what we are doing. We handle various enterprise tasks, mostly small-scale manufacturing and assembly work. It is definitely not a corporate environment with fancy chairs or air conditioning. Most of the time, the fan is just moving the warm air around, but we are used to it. We’ve been at this specific spot for a long time and the neighbors are like family. We don’t spend money on marketing or big signs. Most people find us through word of mouth or by just knowing the address. It’s practical, hard work that happens every day from morning until late evening. We just do the work that comes in and make sure it’s done right before it leaves the room. No big stories, just the daily grind of a small Dharavi business.
