Shakti Infotech is situated at A-2 in the Masala Market over in Sector 19, Vashi. If you’ve ever been to the market, you know it smells like spices all the time, which is actually pretty nice most days. We are right in the middle of all that trade and activity. The building is a bit older and the elevators can be a bit slow, so we usually just take the stairs. Our office is packed with computers and cables everywhere you look. It’s not the neatest place, but we know where everything is. We’ve been in Vashi for a long time and have seen the market change quite a bit over the years. Sector 19 is a good place for a business like ours because there are so many people around. We spend our days answering calls and working on whatever is on our desks. It’s a lot of hard work, but we enjoy the pace of it. We don't use any fancy talk to describe what we do. We’re just a local tech place helping out where we can. The noise from the market is constant, but it becomes like background music after a while. We stay open pretty late sometimes to finish up. It’s just us doing our bit in the heart of the Masala Market. We like to grab a snack from the vendors downstairs when things get really hectic. We usually close up before the evening traffic gets too bad.
