Shailesh Ghadge

Shailesh Ghadge is based in Ghatkopar West, right on Sainath Nagar Road. If you are looking for us, we are tucked away behind K.V.K School, near Peter Chawl. It is a typical Mumbai neighborhood—loud, crowded, and full of life. We like it that way. Being in the middle of all that energy keeps us on our toes. Our workspace is not very big, but we make the most of every inch. It is a bit of a maze to find us if it’s your first time, but once you’re here, you’ll see we are just regular people working hard. We’ve been part of this Ghatkopar community for quite a while. The school bells and the noise from the street are just part of our daily soundtrack. We don't use big words or try to act like we are some huge corporation. We are just a local business trying to do things the right way. Usually, you’ll find Shailesh or one of the guys busy with something or the other. We don't have fancy furniture or high-tech glass walls. It’s just desks, chairs, and the tools we need. We stay grounded. Mumbai teaches you that if you work hard, you survive. So, that is what we do. We keep our heads down and stay busy. It isn't always easy, but it is our way of life here in Sainath Nagar. We like it.
