We are at Shop No A 43 in Kismat Nagar. My father started this small place years ago, and now we brothers run it together here in Kurla West. It's quite close to the Bandra Kurla Complex, which is always busy. People come by mostly when they need things fixed or sorted out during the day. We don't have a big fancy office, just this shop where we keep our tools and supplies stacked up on the wooden shelves. Sometimes the traffic outside gets really loud, but we’ve gotten used to the noise over the years. We open up early in the morning and stay until the sun goes down. Most of our customers are folks from around the neighborhood who have known our family for a long time. It’s a simple setup, really. We handle whatever work comes through the door without making a big fuss about it. If you walk past the Kismat Nagar area, you’ll see our sign right there near the corner. We mostly just focus on getting the daily jobs done and making sure things are in order before we lock up for the night. It isn't anything special, just a regular family business trying to keep things moving. We drink a lot of tea while we work and chat with whoever stops by to say hello. It’s been this way for a while now, and we like the routine of it all. It keeps us busy and connected to the street.
