We are based in the Tarun Plastic Compound, which is tucked away in Mumbai. If you know the 400069 area, you know how busy it gets around here. Our space is number 14A. It’s an industrial sort of area, so there is always some noise from the neighbors or trucks moving stuff around. We have been in this spot for a bit now. Inside, it’s mostly just us working on different tasks throughout the day. We don't have a lot of decorations on the walls. It’s more about getting the work done. Usually, the morning starts with everyone checking their lists and grabbing coffee. We aren't a big corporation with fancy titles. We just call each other by name and handle whatever needs doing. Sometimes it feels a bit crowded when we have a lot of materials coming in, but we manage. The location is pretty handy for getting things delivered, which helps. We spend a lot of time on our computers, but there's also a fair amount of physical work involved depending on the week. It’s a plain office, nothing special to look at, but it works for us. We try to keep things simple. If there's a problem, we just sit down and talk it through until it's sorted out. No big presentations or anything like that. It is just a regular local business trying to stay busy and keep things moving along. Nothing fancy, just daily work for us.
