Our business is located on the sixth floor of Esha Ekta Apartments, which is at Plot 9,2 on B G Kher Marg in the Worli Naka area of Mumbai. We deal with medical supplies, so our space is often filled with boxes, crates, and various pieces of equipment waiting to be sent out. Worli Naka is a busy junction, so getting deliveries in and out can be a bit of a challenge with the traffic, but we make it work. We aren't a hospital ourselves, but we provide the tools that the hospitals use. Most of our time is spent checking orders, talking to vendors, and making sure the inventory is correct. It’s a very practical kind of job. The office isn't designed for visitors really; it’s more of a functional hub for the supply chain. We don't use any slick sales talk. If a clinic needs something, we see if we have it and get it to them. The staff here is used to the fast pace of Mumbai life. We've been in this apartment building for some time now, and it’s become our home base for all the logistics we handle. There’s always a lot of movement—checking packing slips and loading up vehicles. It’s just honest work, keeping the supplies moving so the medical folks can do what they need to do. We don't have a flashy showroom, just a busy floor full of the things people need to stay healthy and recover.
