Select Technologies (P) Ltd.

Our office is over at C-111 in Crystal Plaza, right on New Link Road. If you know Andheri West, you know how the traffic can get. We’ve been working out of this spot for years now. It’s a decent building, though finding parking is always a real headache for anyone visiting us. We handle tech projects mostly. It’s a small team, and we all sit pretty close to each other in the room. There is always someone talking about a project or trying to figure out why something isn't working right. We don't have those fancy lounge areas you see in magazines. It’s mostly just desks, chairs, and old coffee mugs. We started Select Technologies (P) Ltd. because we knew our way around this industry. We don't spend much time on fancy presentations or worrying about looking like a big corporation. We just focus on the work that needs doing. Sometimes we stay late when a deadline is coming up, and we usually end up ordering food from the place downstairs. It’s just how it goes here. People come and go, but the core of what we do stays the same. We like the neighborhood, even with all the noise from the street. It feels like we are in the middle of everything. We just keep our heads down and handle the daily grind. It’s not always easy, but it’s what we do. We're just normal people working.
