Sat Infosys

Sat Infosys is tucked away on the mezzanine floor near Hiranandani Hospital. We’ve been here in Powai for quite a while, right opposite Gyan Mandir School. It’s a small space, but we have enough room for our computers and all the parts we keep around. Most days are spent looking at screens or trying to figure out why someone’s laptop won't turn on. We handle a lot of different tech things, from fixing hardware to helping people with their software. It’s not the kind of place with a big lobby or fancy furniture. Usually, there’s a few cables lying around and a couple of machines being tested. We get a lot of parents from the school across the road or people working at the hospital who need something fixed quickly. It’s a quiet enough spot, though the mezzanine gets a bit warm in the summer. We just take the work as it comes in. Sometimes it’s a quick fix, other times we have to keep a machine for a few days to get it right. We don’t really do much marketing; people just know we’re here and bring their problems to us. It’s a practical way to run a business, honestly. We focus on the work on the desk and try to get things back to people when they need them. That’s pretty much how we spend our days and nights here in this small office.
