You can find us on the first floor at 16/2 on 2nd Carpenter Street. This neighborhood is known for metalwork, and we’ve been part of it for quite some time. The stairs leading up are a bit steep, but the office is comfortable enough once you get inside. We deal with various metals and alloys. It’s mostly about knowing which material is right for which job. The street outside is usually blocked with trucks unloading crates, so parking is always a bit of a struggle. We’ve got a small team here, and most of us have been working together for years. We know the metal market pretty well. Our desks are usually piled high with receipts and delivery notes. We don't use much fancy software, just some basic spreadsheets and a lot of phone calls. The air around here always smells a bit like iron and dust, which is normal for this part of town. We usually open up early in the morning and stay until the last delivery is sorted. It’s a simple operation. We don't have a receptionist, so if someone knocks, one of us just gets up to answer. We try to keep things straightforward and honest with everyone we talk to. It’s just how we were taught to do business. We’re happy staying right here in this little corner of the city. We keep the kettle on for anyone visiting us to talk about their needs.
