Sarthak Ceramics

Sarthak Ceramics is located over at 12/117/11 on Charkop Teleng Road. It’s a bit of a trek if you aren't from this side of town, but we’ve been set up here for a long while now. The shop is full of tiles and heavy stone samples, so there’s always a bit of dust on the floor no matter how much we sweep it up. People come in looking to fix up their kitchens or bathrooms, and they spend a long time staring at the different patterns we have displayed on the walls. It’s not a quiet job, and moving these heavy crates around is back-breaking work some days. We are just a small team here, usually one of us is out back checking the stock while the other talks to whoever walked in from the street. Teleng Road can get noisy during the afternoons with all the traffic, but we don't mind it much anymore. We aren't trying to be one of those huge showrooms you see in the city center with the bright lights and coffee machines. This is just a practical place where you can see what you’re buying and talk to someone who knows which tile won't crack the moment you step on it. We keep our own hours mostly, and if the lights are on, we are open for business. It’s a straightforward way to run a shop, and we like it that way.
