Sarafs Diagnostic Centre

You can find us at Vyom Arcade on Tejpal Road, right in Vile Parle East. We are in units 103 and 104. It’s a pretty busy building with a lot of different offices and shops. We’ve been doing diagnostic work here for a while. The space is filled with machines for testing and desks for the staff to write up reports. It’s not the biggest place, so when it gets busy, it can feel a bit tight in the waiting room. We have some magazines on the table, but they are usually quite old. The walls are a plain off-white color and we have some charts hanging up. Tejpal Road is a lively spot, so there is always the sound of traffic and people outside. Our technicians are busy handling samples or running the equipment. We don't have a big reception team, just a couple of people at the front desk handling the forms and payments. Most of our day is spent looking at results and making sure the machines are calibrated right. It’s a straightforward business. We don't go in for fancy slogans or expensive decor. We just want to get the tests done so people can take their reports to their doctors. The overhead lights are a bit bright, but that’s just how these labs are. We open early in the morning for blood work. That is how we run Sarafs Diagnostic Centre. It helps that the train station is close by for the morning crowd.
