City Care Facility

Our office is tucked away in Bhandup West, specifically inside the K Estate area in Agarwal Compound. If you know where the Kailash Hotel is, we are right across from it, and the Mangatram Petrol Pump is just behind us. It is a busy spot with trucks and cars coming and going all day long. We have been operating from this location for a while now. The building is older, but it works for what we do. Inside, there are desks and some filing cabinets filled with schedules and paperwork. City Care Facility is mostly about getting people to where they need to be to handle maintenance and cleaning tasks. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at clipboards. The staff here knows the local streets well because we are always moving around the compound. It can get dusty because of the road work nearby, so we are always cleaning our own space too. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It is just a small group of us trying to keep things running. In the afternoons, the sun hits the front windows pretty hard, so we usually keep the blinds down. We usually have tea together around four o'clock before the evening rush starts. It is just a regular workplace in a noisy part of town, and we are fine with that. We just stay focused on the daily jobs and getting the paperwork right.
