Our office is in the Hi Life Premises, which is right near Santacruz Railway Station. We are in unit 3/36. Being so close to the station means it’s always busy and loud around here. You can actually hear the trains pulling in if it’s quiet enough inside, but usually, Phiroze Shah Mehta Road is too noisy for that. We’ve been here in Santacruz West for some time now. It’s a small space, mostly filled up with computers, spare parts, and tools. We don’t have a fancy waiting room or anything like that. If you come by to see us, you’ll probably just see us hunched over our desks working. The stairs in the building can be a bit steep and narrow, so most people just wait for the lift. It’s a practical setup for the kind of tech work we do every day. We get a lot of local people dropping in because we’re so easy to get to from the train station. The team is just a few of us who know our way around electronics and software. We don't use much technical jargon when we talk to people; we just explain what's wrong and try to fix it. Lunch usually comes from one of the small food stalls near the station entrance. It’s a fast-paced area, but inside the office, we try to keep things steady and calm. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a lot of work to catch up on.
