Samaritan Consultancy Tech Services is based out of C/9 Varsha in the B. A. R. C. Colony area of Mankhurd. This part of Mumbai is where we do all our tech work. It’s a mix of different projects depending on what people need help with at the moment. We spend most of our time staring at computer screens and trying to solve technical problems that crop up. It’s not always easy and some days are definitely longer than others. Our office isn't some high-rise in the city center; it’s right here in the colony. We handle various consultancy tasks, mostly talking to clients about their systems and how they work. Sometimes the internet is slow or a server acts up and we have to jump on it immediately. We aren't a huge firm with thousands of employees. It's just a small group of us who know our way around computers. We’ve been at this address, 400 094, for a while now. We don't have a marketing team or a PR person to handle things. If someone needs tech advice, they usually find us through word of mouth from someone else. It's a lot of trial and error sometimes, but that's just how tech goes. We try to explain things in a way that makes sense without using too much complicated jargon. We keep our coffee mugs full and just keep working through the list of tasks for the day. It’s a steady pace for us here in Mankhurd.
