We are over at Shop No 137 on N G Acharya Marg. If you know the area in Chembur East, you probably know where the Sanju Wada Pav stall is. We are right across from it. It gets pretty busy around here, especially in the afternoons when everyone stops for a snack. Our shop isn't fancy or anything, just a regular place where we get our work done every day. We have been in Subhash Nagar for a while now. Most people find us by looking for the food stall first since it is such a well-known spot. We open up in the morning and stay until evening. It is a small space, but we keep things organized enough to handle whatever comes in. Sometimes the traffic outside gets loud, but that is just how it is in this part of Mumbai. We do not spend much time on fancy decorations or anything like that. We just focus on the tasks at hand. It is mostly about helping out the people who walk in or call us. The neighborhood has changed a bit over the years, but our spot stays pretty much the same. We like being part of this local market. If you are ever passing through Subhash Nagar, you will see our sign right there on the main road. We do not have a big team, just a few of us making sure everything runs okay. It is a simple setup, and that works for us. We just take things one day at a time here.
