Salil Bhalekar

So, this is where I work out of in Andheri West 2nd Stage. It is a small place, nothing too special to look at from the outside. Salil Bhalekar is the name on the door. I have lived in Mumbai my whole life, and setting up here seemed like a good move because it is close to everything. The 2nd Stage area is always moving. My day starts pretty early with a lot of phone calls and people stopping by. It gets a bit messy inside with all the papers and equipment lying around on the desks. I do not really have a big staff, it is mostly just me and a couple of helpers when things get busy. We handle whatever comes our way. The building is one of those older ones, so the elevator is a bit slow and sometimes it is easier to just take the stairs. Neighbors are nice though. We know the guys at the tea stall downstairs pretty well. There is not a fancy lobby or anything like that. You just walk in and we see what needs doing. Some days are slow, which is nice for catching up on chores, and other days it is a mad rush. I keep a calendar on the wall, but mostly I remember what needs to happen. It is a straightforward setup. No big corporate rules here. If you need something, you just ask. I have been here for a few years now.
