We are right across from the D-Mart in Sector 15 of Koperkhairane. Our office is Flat No. 303 in the Ajanta Cooperative Housing Society. If you’ve ever been to this part of Navi Mumbai, you know how busy it gets, especially with everyone going to the supermarket nearby. We handle the Saint Gobain India Gypsum Ltd business from this apartment-style office. It isn't a big, cold warehouse; it’s a place where we sit down and figure out the logistics for the local area. Working in Koperkhairane means we are right in the thick of things. There are always new buildings going up around here, and they all need gypsum for their interiors. We spend a lot of time on the phone or meeting with people who just walk in after doing their shopping. We don't have a mission statement or any of that corporate talk. We just know our products and we know the local geography. The society is fairly old, and we’ve been here long enough to know all the security guards and the local tea sellers. Our routine is pretty much the same every day: get in, check the orders, and make sure the gypsum gets delivered on time. It can be a bit chaotic with the traffic outside, but we like being in a place that feels alive and connected to the neighborhood. We just keep our heads down and get the work done.
