Sai Star Infotech is located on the second floor of the Kismat Building, which is house number 23 in Vikhroli West, near Kalupur. It's a modest setup where we handle various computer and tech-related tasks. You won't find those ultra-modern offices with bean bags or espresso machines here. It’s just desks, computers, and a few chairs for when people stop by to chat. While the building is older, it’s a sturdy place to work from. We’ve been here long enough that we know the shortcut through the back lanes to avoid the main road traffic. Our day usually involves looking at screens and trying to figure out why something isn't working right. Sometimes we are setting up new systems for folks. It’s quiet work for the most part, though it can get a bit loud when we’re all debating the best way to fix a problem. Instead of putting out big ads, we rely on people finding us because a friend told them we know our way around a motherboard. Staying small and personal just works better for us. This means we can actually talk to the people who come in rather than treating them like just another ticket number. We’re just a few tech-minded people in a small office doing what we can to help out with technology. Most of our clients live right in the Vikhroli area. We don't mind if you call us with a small question about your laptop. We just take things as they come.
