You can find us at Shop A-1 in Kenkre Estate. It's part of Building No-1 in the Cabeza area of Santacruz. We’re over in Techwadi. It’s a busy little corner. We deal with cables, routers, and all that kind of stuff. Most days we are out and about fixing things or setting up connections. The shop is more of a home base for our tools. It gets pretty cramped with all the wires and spare parts. We've been working around Santacruz for quite a while. People call us when their connection drops or they need a new setup. We aren't some massive company with a call center. It’s just us answering the phone. Sometimes we’re on a roof or behind a desk, so we might not pick up instantly. We know the local grid pretty well. Techwadi has its quirks when it comes to wiring. We’ve seen it all by now. We just want to get people back online. It’s frustrating when things don't work, so we try to get there as soon as we can. It’s a lot of climbing and troubleshooting. We like being active. The shop is usually a mess of blue cables and cardboard boxes. That's just the way it is here. We have a small kettle for making coffee when we finally get a break. The stairs to the shop are a bit steep, so watch your step. We’ve thought about moving to a bigger place, but we like being right here in the middle of everything.
