Our office is tucked away in Sai Darshan Society, specifically on the 1st floor. It’s right next to the Akruti Trade Centre Point, so there’s always something happening outside. Being near the ESIC Road No.7 Regional Office means we see a lot of people coming and going throughout the day. At Balia Security It Solutions, we spend a lot of our time dealing with security setups and IT stuff. It’s the kind of work that keeps you on your toes because something always needs attention. The space here is okay, not too big, but we managed to fit all our equipment and desks in. We usually start the day early before the traffic on the main road gets too loud. It can be a bit of a scramble sometimes when multiple things happen at once, but we just handle it as it comes. We aren't really into those polished presentations you see from big city firms. We’re just local people who know our way around a computer and a security system. The lighting in the office isn't the best in the evening, but we stay until the work is finished. Often, someone will bring in snacks to share while we go through the technical logs. It’s a busy environment, but we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of this neighborhood over the years. It feels like a second home to the few of us who work here every single day.
