Sai Computers

Sai Computers is located at 28 B 2 in Navjivan Society on R C Road. We are based in Chembur East, Mumbai 400074. Our shop is inside the society, so it has a bit more of a neighborhood feel than the shops right on the main highway. We have been fixing and selling computers here for a long time. It is a small place, packed with monitors, keyboards, and old parts we keep just in case. Most of our customers are people who live nearby in the society or the surrounding blocks. They bring in their laptops when they get slow or won't turn on. We don't have a big team, just a couple of us who know our way around a motherboard. The workspace is a bit cluttered, but that is how we like it. We spend our afternoons drinking chai and working on different machines. Sometimes a repair takes longer than we thought, and we have to tell the customer to come back tomorrow. We don't use any fancy diagnostic tools; it’s mostly just experience and trying different things until it works. Chembur East is a busy area, but our little corner in Navjivan Society is usually a bit calmer. We aren't interested in becoming a huge chain. We just like being the local computer guys that people can trust. We stay open late most days because that is when people are home from work and need help.
