Sagar Tawade

You can find Sagar Tawade located over in Wing B-2, room 407. We are up on the fourth floor, so there’s a bit of a view of the surrounding buildings in this part of Mumbai. The pin code is 400013, which puts us right in the thick of things. It’s a standard setup. No big lobby or security guards at a front desk, just a regular door in a regular building. I’ve been working from this spot for a long time. The elevator works most days, but sometimes I just take the stairs for the exercise. Inside, it’s mostly just shelves and a couple of workstations. It’s not the most modern looking place, but it works for what I do. I don’t believe in having a lot of fluff. Things can get a bit cluttered when we’re busy, especially with all the papers and folders lying around. I try to keep it organized, but life happens. People who come by usually just give me a call when they’re downstairs. It’s easier that way. Working in Mumbai means you have to deal with the humidity and the noise, but this room stays relatively cool. It’s just a simple, local business run by real people. We don’t have a big team, just a few of us making sure everything is handled. It’s a bit cramped when everyone is here at once, but we make it work somehow. We just keep moving forward one day at a time.
