Sagar Phanse

Sagar Phanse operates out of A-2/12 in the BMC Quarters on Aarey Road. It's a busy part of Mumbai, mostly known for the greenery nearby, but the quarters themselves are just regular housing where people live and work. We have been in this spot for a while now. It isn't a fancy office with big glass windows or anything like that. Instead, it is just a practical space where the daily work happens. Life here moves quite fast because of the Mumbai pace. There is always noise from the street and people moving about their day. We handle things from this small setup because it makes sense for us. Being near Aarey Road means we are connected to the rest of the city well enough, though traffic can be a real headache sometimes. Most days are spent just keeping up with the tasks that come in. We don't have a big team or anything, just enough hands to get the job done correctly. It is a humble beginning and we keep it that way. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded with all the files and stuff lying around, but we know where everything is. People in the neighborhood know us by now. We just focus on what needs to be done each morning and stay until it's finished. It is a straightforward way of doing things without any extra drama or complicated processes. Sometimes we even grab tea from the local stall downstairs when things get too hectic or the heat gets a bit much.
