S P Gift Novelties

S P Gift Novelties is our shop, and you can find us at Shop No 26 on the ground floor of Eastern Mall. This is in Sector 15 of Malad East. Being on the ground floor is nice because we see everyone who walks into the mall. It’s a typical local mall, not one of those massive ones that you get lost in. Our shop is full of small novelties and gift things that we’ve picked out over time. It’s a bit crowded inside because we try to fit as much as possible on the shelves. Malad East is a busy area, and the mall gets quite a few people on the weekends. During the week, it’s a bit quieter, which gives us time to rearrange the stock and clean the glass cases. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who take turns being at the counter. We’ve seen a lot of shops come and go in Eastern Mall, but we’ve managed to stay put in Shop 26. The lighting in the mall is okay, but we added a few extra bulbs in our corners so people can see the smaller items better. It’s a simple life running a gift shop. We talk to the regulars and help people find something small for a birthday or a party. It’s not a high-end place, just a normal shop where we do our best to keep things moving and things organized.
