S K Techno Solutions is located on the second floor of the Shiv Plaza Shopping Center. We are right above the Gala Provision Store on Station Road. Being in Kandivali West means it's always crowded and there’s a lot of noise and energy around us at all times. We’ve been at Plot 208 for quite a while now. It’s a tech-focused place, but we don't like to act like we know everything there is to know. We mostly help folks with computer repairs, software issues, and setting up networking stuff. The stairs up to the second floor can be a bit of a workout, especially if you're carrying a heavy desktop computer. Inside, it’s mostly just workbenches, soldering irons, and piles of cables tucked into corners. It’s definitely not the neatest office you’ll ever see, but we know exactly where every tool is kept. Station Road is never quiet, so there’s always the sound of rickshaws and people shouting downstairs. We get a lot of walk-ins because our location is so central to the market. People bring in laptops that won't start or phones with charging ports that have stopped working. We just do our best to fix them up quickly without making the process too complicated for anyone. We don't use a lot of technical jargon if we can help it because it just confuses people. It’s much better to just explain what’s wrong in plain English. Most of us have lived in Kandivali for years and we like being part of the scene.
