We started S And D It Solutions Private Limited a while back and ended up here in Akshay Vihar. The office is at Flat Number 4 in the building. It’s a pretty normal spot in Prithviraj Nagar, right near Gadiyavihar Shah. Most days, it is just us sitting around our desks trying to figure out whatever technical problem came in that morning. It isn't a huge operation with fancy glass walls or anything like that. We have some computers, a couple of chairs that probably need replacing, and a coffee machine that works most of the time. The neighborhood is okay, though the traffic near the main road can get a bit loud during the afternoons. We handle a mix of different IT tasks. Some days are spent looking at code and other days we are just trying to get some hardware to behave. We don’t really have a big sales team or anything. People usually find us because they know someone who worked with us before. It’s a small team, so we all know each other well. We eat lunch together and talk about things that aren't work-related half the time. It is a practical way to run a business. We like being in this part of town because it feels local. We aren't trying to be some massive corporation. We just want to get the work done and go home on time when we can. That’s pretty much how we operate every day.
