Our little shop is tucked away in Jay Bajrang Chawl in the Kranti Nagar area. It’s a busy part of Kandivali East. We handle a lot of different things here, mostly digital stuff that people need help with. A lot of folks come in to get forms filled out or to use the internet for things they can’t do on their phones. It’s not a large space so it can get a bit crowded in the afternoons when students come by. We have a few computers and a printer that we keep running all day. Sometimes the power goes out and we just have to sit and wait with the customers until it comes back. It’s a community kind of place. We know most of the people who live nearby on Bannerghatta Road. We don't have a big sign or anything flashy. People mostly find us by word of mouth or because they live just down the street. It’s a lot of sitting and typing and helping people navigate websites that aren't very easy to use. We just try to be helpful and get the job done right. We aren't a big corporation. It’s just a small local spot where you can get your online tasks finished without a lot of hassle. We like being part of the neighborhood and seeing the same faces every week. It’s honest work and we try to do it as best as we can.
