I am Rupeshparshe, and my place is located at the Post-Kalamboli Gaon in Panvel. Being in this part of Maharashtra means things are a bit different than the middle of Mumbai. It’s got a bit of a village feel still, even though Panvel has grown so much lately. My workspace is just a simple building that serves its purpose. There aren't any elevators or fancy lobbies here. You just walk in and find us working. The area around Kalamboli Gaon is quite industrial in some parts but stays quiet in others. I’ve been here for a while, and most of the people who live nearby know my name. We don't spend any time on making things look perfect for visitors. The floors are a bit worn, and the furniture is just whatever was available at the time. I prefer it that way because it keeps things honest. We don't have a big marketing budget or a sales team. Most of what we do comes from word of mouth among the locals who trust us. The weather can be quite tough during the monsoons, and sometimes the road gets a bit muddy, but we just carry on with our work regardless of what's happening outside. It’s a very grounded way to live and work. We don't have any grand visions; we just want to do our jobs well and be able to go home to our families at the end of the day.
