Our office is in B 501 at the Sai Sangam building in Sector 15 of CBD Belapur. It’s a nice part of Navi Mumbai, and it feels a bit more relaxed than the more crowded parts of the city. We’re up on the fifth floor, and our space is pretty much what you’d expect for a technology company. We have desks, computers, and a lot of cables running everywhere. It’s not the tidiest place, but we know where everything is. We spend our days working on different tech projects and sometimes the hours can get a bit long. We have a small area where we can sit and eat our lunch, and there’s always a jar of snacks on the counter. We don’t have a big corporate culture here; we just like to get our work done and enjoy ourselves while we do it. The view from our window shows a bit of the surrounding area, which is nice when you need to rest your eyes from the screen. Most of us live within a short commute, so we don’t have to deal with too much travel stress. We’ve been at this location for a few years and it’s become our second home. We don’t have any big slogans on the walls or a mission statement. We just show up and try to solve the problems that come our way. It’s a simple, honest way to work in a good environment.
