Rudra Enterprises is based in Mhatre Niwas. That’s right on S V Road in Borivali West. We are actually quite close to the police station, which is a big landmark around here. S V Road is always packed with traffic and people, so there’s never a dull moment outside our door. Mhatre Niwas is one of those older buildings that has a lot of character. We’ve been here for several years now. It’s a convenient spot because Borivali West is so connected to everything. You can hear the sirens sometimes from the police station, and the constant hum of cars on the main road. We keep the windows shut to keep the dust out mostly. Our office isn’t anything special to look at, just a practical space where we handle our business. We know the local tea stall guy and most of the other shopkeepers on this stretch of S V Road. It feels like being part of a big, messy family. We don't have a receptionist or anything fancy. If you walk in, you’ll probably just see one of us at a desk or on the phone. We prefer it that way. No corporate nonsense, just getting the work done. People know they can find us here during the day. It’s easy for our regulars to drop by since the station is such a clear marker for where we are located. It’s a busy life but we enjoy being here.
