We are based out of the Mahajan Compound on L B S Road, specifically in Unit 01. It’s an older industrial compound, so it has that sturdy, practical feel to it. Working in security means we have to stay on top of things, but our actual office is pretty basic. We have some desks for the administrative stuff and a space where we manage our staff schedules. L B S Road is always packed with traffic, so there’s a constant hum of cars outside. We’ve been at this location for a while, and it serves us well because it’s central for our team to get to. Most of our work happens out at the sites we watch over, but this is where the planning and the paperwork happen. We don't have any fancy signs or big displays. It’s just a place where we sit down to figure out who is going where for their shift. Sometimes we have guards coming in to pick up their uniforms or drop off their reports. It’s a straightforward environment without much fluff. We focus on the daily tasks of managing people and making sure the sites are covered. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking logs. We like being in the Mahajan Compound because it feels like a part of the city’s working history. It’s a no-nonsense type of office for a no-nonsense type of business, and we are fine with that. We just focus on the job and making sure the schedules are all filled correctly every single day.
