Verlauf Security Systems is located in V Mall, which is part of the Thakur Complex in Kandivali East. Our shop is at number 266. It is a convenient spot because it is right near the Saidam Mandir, which everyone in the area knows. Being inside a mall means we see a lot of people walking by, but most of our actual work happens at other people’s houses or offices. We keep a variety of security cameras, sensors, and alarm systems in the shop. Most of the time, the space is used for testing the equipment or showing someone how the mobile app for their cameras works. It is a small unit, so it can get crowded if more than two or three people come in at once. We spend a lot of time out on the road, carrying ladders and toolboxes to different sites. The traffic in Kandivali can be pretty bad, so we try to plan our installations carefully. We aren't a big company with a fleet of vans. It is just us and our tools. People usually find us because they live nearby or they saw our shop while they were at the mall for something else. We don't use any fancy sales talk. We just tell people what kind of camera would work best for their front door or their shop. It is a practical business and we like being part of the local community here in Thakur Complex. It keeps us busy and the mall environment is nice to work in.
