Royal Air Engg Works

Royal Air Engg Works is tucked away in Anees Compound. You have to go behind the Asha Krishna building to find us. We are at Unit No. 59 on the Ghatkopar Link Road in Sakinaka. It is a bit of a maze back here, but once you find the right gate, it is easy enough. Sakinaka is always crowded and the traffic on the link road can be a real headache sometimes. We hear the honking all day long, but inside the unit, we are mostly focused on the work. It is a practical space, filled with tools and parts and the smell of grease and metal. We don't have a fancy reception desk or anyone to greet you at the door. Usually, you just walk in and find one of us working on a machine. We have been in this compound for quite a while now. The other units nearby do all sorts of things, so there is always a lot of activity and different sounds. We keep our heads down and get through the jobs we have for the week. Sometimes we take a break out by the main road just to see the sun, but mostly we are inside Unit 59. It is a tough area to work in because of the heat and the noise, but we like the energy of it. People know us as Royal Air Engg Works because we have been around long enough for the name to stick. Working in Sakinaka is never dull.
