Rotomech Automation Limited

Rotomech Automation Limited is based over in Kandivali East. We’re up on the fifth floor of Dimple Arcade, which is right off the Western Express Highway. Being that close to the highway means there’s always a bit of a roar from the traffic, but you get used to it after a week. Our office, number 510, is where all the automation planning happens. It’s a place filled with manuals, spare parts, and a couple of very tired-looking printers. We work on making machines run by themselves, which sounds more exciting than it actually is when you’re staring at a control panel for six hours. The team is a mix of older guys who’ve seen every type of mechanical failure and younger kids who are good with the new software. We don’t have a big HR department or a cafeteria. Usually, we just order something in or bring tiffins from home. It’s a working office, plain and simple. The arcade itself is a busy place with all sorts of businesses, so there’s always people moving around. We try to stay organized, but with so many projects going on at once, the desks usually end up covered in wires and notes. It’s just how we operate. We’ve been in this spot for a good while and it works for us. You can find us here most weekdays from nine until late evening, depending on how much work is piled up.
