Rotex Industries

We are located at unit number 8 in the West Coast building on Stree Joseph Road. This is over in Bandra West, but it’s away from the main shopping streets, so it’s a little quieter. Rotex Industries is a small operation compared to some of the big firms nearby. Our space is mostly taken up by the equipment we use for our industrial work. It’s not the kind of place you’d come to for a meeting in a suit. Most of us are in work clothes because things can get a bit greasy or dusty depending on what we are fixing or making that day. The floor is concrete and the lights are those long tubes that flicker a bit when you first turn them on in the morning. We have a small desk in the corner where we keep the ledger and the phone. Most of our neighbors on Stree Joseph Road are residential, so we try to keep the noise down in the early mornings and late evenings. It’s a nice enough spot to work because you can walk to the sea in a few minutes if you need some fresh air. We don’t have a website or any big marketing plans. Most people find us through word of mouth or because they’ve seen us here for years. We just show up, do the work that needs doing, and make sure the machines are in good shape. It’s a basic way to run a business, but it works for us every day.
