Rosoft Inc is located at B 501 on Sale Colony Road in Santacruz East. Being on the fifth floor gives us a little bit of a break from the street level noise, though the planes from the airport are still pretty loud. Santacruz is one of those places that feels like a village and a city at the same time. Our office isn't anything special to look at. It’s a standard apartment-turned-office vibe that you see a lot in this area. We’ve got a balcony where we sometimes take a break, though it’s mostly used for storing a few empty boxes. The desks are lined up along the walls to make the most of the space. We’ve been here for a while, and the neighbors in the building are mostly families or other small setups like ours. It’s a quiet enough place to focus on software and coding. We don't have a big reception area or anything. If someone knocks, one of us just gets up to open the door. The commute can be a bit of a pain depending on the Western Express Highway traffic, but we manage. We’ve got a small fridge that hums a bit too loudly and a whiteboard that never quite gets erased properly. It’s a real working space where we just focus on the tasks at hand without any extra fuss. It’s not glamorous, but it is where we do our best thinking.
