Rosa Impex Pvt. Ltd. is based out of No. 23 in the N Laxmi Industrial Estate, right off Link Road in Andheri West. This area is always humming with activity, especially with all the shops and units nearby. Our space is essentially a mix of an office and a small storage area where we handle our import and export work. It’s a bit of a maze in this industrial estate, but once you find unit 23, you’re there. We aren't really into big corporate talk or polished presentations. Mostly, we’re just dealing with shipping documents, checking on containers, and making sure the inventory matches what the computer says. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons, so we usually have the fans going full blast. The crew here is small, and we’ve all been working together for a long time, so we don't need to say much to know what needs to be done. Link Road is usually jammed with cars, so we try to get our deliveries out early to avoid the worst of it. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of place. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist; you just walk in and someone will be there to help you. It’s how we’ve always run things, and it seems to work fine for us. We just focus on the task at hand and try to stay organized in the middle of all the daily chaos.
