Roki Impex

Roki Impex is situated at 143/35, Dhanvantri Bhavan on A.K.Marg in the Kemp'S Corner area. It is an interesting part of Mumbai to be working in every day. The building itself, Dhanvantri Bhavan, has that classic old Mumbai feel that you do not see as much anymore. Our office is not very large, but we have managed to fit everything we need into the space. It is usually a bit of a mess with product samples and shipping papers scattered everywhere. We do a lot of work with importing and exporting, which means we are often on the phone at odd hours dealing with people in different time zones. It can get pretty stressful when a shipment gets stuck somewhere, but we have learned to take it in stride over the years. We are not a big corporate firm with hundreds of employees in cubicles. We are just a small team and every one of us ends up doing a bit of everything. One minute you might be answering the door, and the next you are filing paperwork or checking a manifest. We do not have a fancy business philosophy. We just want to get the goods from one place to another without too much trouble. Kemp'S Corner is a loud and busy area, so there is always the sound of traffic coming through the windows. It is just where we work. We do not try to be anything we are not. Roki Impex is just a small office trying to keep up.
