Rohan Ojha

My name is Rohan Ojha and I operate out of Shree Anmol CHS in Sector 4 of Kharghar. I’m in unit B-03, which is on Plot 14-B. Navi Mumbai is quite a bit different from the main city, and I like the space we have out here. Kharghar has grown a lot since I first arrived, but Sector 4 still feels like a decent place to have a business. It’s not a giant office with a lobby and a receptionist. It’s just my working space where I handle my daily tasks. I’ve spent a lot of time getting things set up just the way I like them. I don’t really go for the corporate look. I prefer things to be practical and functional. Most of the people who come to see me are local or from nearby sectors. I do all the work myself, which means I know exactly what’s happening with every project. It can be a lot of responsibility, but I wouldn't have it any other way. Sometimes the commute around Navi Mumbai gets tiring, so I’m glad to have a steady base here. I don't use any slick sales talk or try to sound like something I'm not. I’m just a guy who knows his job and does it from a small room in a housing society. It’s a quiet life for the most part, but it keeps the bills paid and the customers come back.
