Rms Computers is located in the Mazagaon area, specifically in the Kesariyajinagar Society at 199/C. We are in the rear part of the Helal Building, which is right behind the old post office in Division II. If you know where the post office is, you can find us easily. It’s a bit of a quiet spot compared to the main road, which is nice when you are trying to fix a motherboard or look at tiny screws. We started this because we liked taking things apart when we were younger. Now we spend most of our time looking at screens and trying to figure out why someone’s laptop won’t turn on or why it's so slow. The shop isn't very large. We have shelves filled with old parts, cables that we might need one day, and some new stuff too. It is a bit messy, to be honest. There is always a faint smell of solder in the air. We aren't some big retail chain with uniforms. Usually, I’m just wearing a t-shirt and drinking tea while I work. People from the society come in when their internet stops working or they need a printout for their kids. We talk to them, ask about their families, and then look at their machines. It is a local way of doing things. Sometimes a repair takes longer than we thought, and we have to call the customer to explain. We don't use a lot of technical jargon. We just want the computer fixed.
