R.K. Techno Solution

Running R.K. Techno Solution out of Plot 46 in Jogeshwari East is a bit of a whirlwind. If you know Rama Dhar Pandey Chowk, you know it’s always crowded and there is always someone shouting or a horn honking. We are tucked away in Ram Nagar, and our space is pretty small for the amount of work we try to get done. My days are mostly spent on the phone or hunched over a workbench trying to figure out why something isn't working. It is a lot of technical stuff, but we explain it in plain terms to the neighbors who come in. The area between Jogeshwari and Borivali West is a big stretch, and we find ourselves running back and forth more than I’d like. My assistant is good with the hands-on repairs, while I try to keep the paperwork from becoming a complete mess. The office isn't very tidy, mostly because we have parts and tools all over the place. We don't have a receptionist, so if the phone rings while we are both busy, it just rings. People around the chowk know we are here if they need a hand with their equipment. It’s a lot of long hours, especially when a job takes longer than I thought it would, but that’s the way this kind of work goes. We finish up when the last customer leaves, which is usually quite late.
