River Touch Resorts Booking Office

We operate out of flat 603 in the Ekdanta Apartment. It’s located in Dadar West, specifically in the Bank Officer Colony. If you know where the Sangli Sahakari Bank is, we are right across from it. It's more of an office than a storefront, so people usually call us before coming over. We spend the day handling bookings and answering questions about the resort. It can get pretty busy on the phones, especially on Friday mornings when everyone is planning their weekend. We have some posters on the wall and a couple of computers. It’s a quiet residential building, so we try not to make too much noise. The walk from the station is about fifteen minutes if the traffic isn't too bad. We’ve been here for a while and have a good routine down. Sometimes the internet is slow, and we have to apologize to people on the phone. It’s just a few of us making sure the rooms are booked and the payments go through. We don't have a big lobby or anything like that. It’s just a regular apartment turned into a workspace. We like the area because it’s central. Most of our work is done through emails and calls, so we don't see a lot of people in person, but we're always here at our desks. 17th Main is a decent place to be based, even if finding parking for visitors is a bit of a struggle sometimes.
