Our place is located in the Swastik Industrial Estate on Goddeo Road, right near the railway crossing in Bhayander (East). If you know the area, you know how busy it gets when the trains go by. We are at B-7, C-17/18, where we handle all our engraving systems work. It is a mix of high-tech machines and manual checking. The sound of the engraving tools is pretty constant throughout the shift. We started Renova Engraving Systems because there was a need for this kind of work in the neighborhood. The industrial estate is full of small shops like ours, all just trying to get their work done. We spend most of our time calibrating the machines and checking the depth of the marks we make on different materials. It requires a lot of patience and a steady hand sometimes. The air inside the shop usually smells a bit like ozone or cut metal, which we don't even notice anymore. We aren't much for marketing or fancy talk. We just show up, look at the jobs on the schedule, and start the machines. Sometimes the power goes out or a machine needs a new part, and that slows us down, but we just deal with it. It’s a steady kind of life here in Bhayander. We focus on the precision of the engraving and making sure the machines are running as they should. It stays pretty busy here most days.
