Our office is Reliance Bpo Pvt Ltd. You can find us at Flat No 5 in Jai Utkarsh Chs. We are located right behind Lokpriya Vidyalaya and near Bhoir Gymkhana on Mproad in Dombivali West. It is a busy neighborhood with a lot of schools and shops around. The office itself is in a residential society. It is a quiet flat on the ground floor. We have about ten people working here at any given time. We handle different types of outsourced work, mostly things like data entry and responding to emails. It is not the most exciting work, but it pays the bills. We all get along pretty well. There is a small garden outside the building where we sometimes sit during our breaks. We like being in Dombivali because it is easy for everyone to get here by train. The office is a bit cramped when everyone is in, but we make it work. We have a few cupboards full of files and old records. We do not have a big marketing team or anything like that. People usually find us through word of mouth or if they live nearby. We just do our work and try to stay out of trouble. It is a very simple, honest way to earn a living. We keep our heads down and focus on what needs to be done. There is nothing fancy about us, just people working in a residential flat turned into an office space.
