Our office is in room 204 of the Hill Crist Society. If you know Ghorbunder Road in Thane West, you know the traffic can be a real headache, especially in the evenings. We chose this spot because it's a solid building and the view isn't too bad from the upper floors. 1T is just a small outfit. We don't have dozens of employees or floors of space. It’s just a few rooms where we get our work done. Being in Mumbai, space is always tight, so we make do with what we have. Most of our day is spent on the phones or on the computers. It’s a practical workspace, not a showroom. We have some old filing cabinets and a water cooler that makes a weird noise sometimes. We don't really bother with fancy decorations. The walls are plain, and the desks are just standard wood. We like being in Thane because it feels a bit more grounded than the main city. There are plenty of places to grab lunch nearby, which is good because we usually forget to bring food. We’ve been at Hill Crist for a while now. It’s a reliable spot for us. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do our work properly and go home. That's how we've always handled things here at 204. It is just a regular job for us in a regular part of town.
