Most people find us through the email address we’ve used for years, which is Aamir4 at rediffmail dot com. We do electrical work, though the name on some of our old paperwork says Electrocals. It was a spelling mistake that just kind of stuck over time. We don’t have a big storefront where you can walk in and browse shelves. Usually, we are out on jobs, fixing wiring or looking at circuit boards for people who need help. Our tools are mostly kept in the back of the van or in a small storage space we use. It’s a hands-on kind of life. Sometimes the email inbox gets flooded with spam, so we have to dig around to find the real messages from people needing their lights fixed. Our workbench is a mess of wire strippers, tape, and odd bits of copper. We wouldn’t have it any other way. It’s better than sitting in a fancy office with nothing to do. We take a bit of pride in just getting things to work again. If it’s got a wire, we’ve probably tried to fix it at some point over the years. Some days are spent crawling into tight spaces, and other days we’re just testing switches. We aren’t really into the whole big business vibe. It’s just us doing what we know how to do with wires and electricity. We just keep plugging away.
