Reliable Link

Our office, Reliable Link, is situated in Andheri West. We are on the first floor of the Sujat building, specifically office number 9. The area is 6th C Main, 2nd Block, 3rd Stage. If you know Andheri, you know it’s always moving and can be quite loud. We are right in the middle of that energy. We handle service links and coordination, which keeps our phones ringing pretty much all day long. It’s not a very big office, just a few desks and a lot of wires and computers. Sometimes the air conditioning struggles with the Mumbai heat, but we get by. We’ve been here long enough to know all the local tea stalls and where to get a quick lunch. The work we do is mostly about making sure different systems talk to each other properly. It can be frustrating when technology doesn't behave, but we just keep at it until it’s sorted. We don't have a corporate handbook or a bunch of rules about how to talk to people. We just speak plainly and try to help out. Some days the lift in the building is slow, so we end up taking the stairs a lot. It’s just a normal workplace with normal people trying to do a decent job. We don't really do much advertising; most people find us because they heard about us from someone else. We just focus on the task in front of us.
