Reliable Fragrances Industries

We're based down in Katha Bazar, specifically at 1/3 Sujata Chambers on Abhechand Gandhi Marg. It’s a busy part of Masjid Bunder, always crowded with trucks and people carrying stuff. Reliable Fragrances Industries has been in this basement unit, Base-1, for quite some time. The air around here always has a mix of smells from all the different goods being moved. We work with scents and oils, mostly raw stuff that goes into other products. It’s a bit of a messy job sometimes, but we’re used to it. The space is a little cramped because we have so many containers stored everywhere. We don't have a fancy showroom. It’s just where we mix things and pack them up for the market. People know us in the neighborhood because we’ve been here so long. We aren't some big factory with robots; it’s just us handling the bottles and drums by hand. The traffic outside can be a nightmare, but that's just life in the bazar. We don't bother with big marketing campaigns. We just focus on getting the mixtures right and making sure our regulars are satisfied. It's a lot of physical work, lifting and pouring. Some days are long, especially when a big order comes in. We just keep the lights on and keep working. It’s a local operation, nothing more and nothing less. We don't have much time for fancy office talk.
